W-400 Hydro-sealer transparent waterproof membrane contains a siliconized oligomer with special functionality. It can penetrate the surface of building structural materials such as cement or inorganic aggregates (such as stone and brick) to form a colorless water barrier.

W-400 Hydro-sealer transparent waterproof membrane must react with moisture in the air to form a weather-resistant, durable, and water-resistant water-repellent layer. Since it can penetrate into the structural material, the water-repellent effect is very long-lasting. After drying and hardening, it is colorless and odorless, so there is no need to worry about appearance.

1. Due to the extremely small molecular structure of W-400 Hydro-sealer transparent waterproof membrane, its permeability is very good; for general cement structures, it can easily penetrate more than 3mm.

2. Some of the free functional groups of silicon ions will react again when encountering rainwater, and then penetrate into the interior of the structure to form a more effective protective layer.

3. Excellent permeability, completely unaffected by ultraviolet rays and hot and cold temperatures, able to maintain its weather resistance, alkali resistance and ability to prevent water absorption for a long time.

4. It has ventilation performance. From the outside to the inside, it has an obvious water-splashing effect; from the inside to the outside, it can remove the water vapor in the structure.

5. Whether applied on concrete or cement mortar, it will not affect subsequent construction.

1. Apply W-400 Hydro-sealer transparent waterproof membrane twice, each coating time is 30 minutes, and the coating amount is 0.8 kg/m.

2. After application, it needs to fully react with moisture. It takes about three days for the water absorption and prevention performance to be fully exerted.
